Be a part of a real-life simulation of the Titanic, with updates on which part of the ship is sinking on the daily (i.e. Diehards, Mundo, and WSB-TV)
Cons
Worked with the most classless, uppity, and self-centered sales reps in the world, if you’re lucky they might even call you “the help” behind your back. Waited well over 24 hours for some of the laziest, unhelpful, and unmotivated IT people to do the simplest things like update a program on your computer. Received absolutely no training on programs that are only used at CMG but be expected to know exactly how to troubleshoot and understand every aspect of these outdated, non-industry standard programs. Was reassured consistently that you are able to ask questions, but be treated as an absolute dunce when you ask questions—if you’re like me you might get verbally abused or yelled at! No opportunities for growth, moving up in the company or learning experiences. Was just another number in their not shocking turnover rate — they want you to stick with them but they have no trouble letting people go or eliminating roles. but they will always say “We love to invest in our staff!”
