      Pros

      I feel valued by my team and my boss and genuinely enjoy working here. Insgroup is a fast-growing and reputable firm in the industry and it seems that the executive team truly cares about employees and clients and that attitude definitely trickles down.

      Cons

      No company is perfect but I can not think of any Cons at the moment.

      Pros

      Company parties, food, relaxed dress code work remotely, happy hour Friday with free booze in the office before going home, beer pong in the hallway

      Cons

      Poor systems, no formal training, too many exceptions to the rules, good ole boy system, lack of compliance to state and federal regulations, unorganized internal systems and processes, fraud is ok if it makes the client happy, puts employees, clients, and the company at risk by failing to comply with basic consumer protection regulations

      Pros

      The culture at Insgroup is everything - since my first day almost a year ago, every single person that I have worked with has been helpful, kind and friendly. One might expect the insurance industry to be serious and stuffy, but this organization is energetic, strategic, creative and fun!

      Cons

      The traffic in the Galleria isn't great, but Insgroup is one of the most flexible companies I have ever worked for and the pros far outweigh this one con.
