      Office is Amazing, Environment focused on collaboration, freedom, and comfort. Constantly being recognized and treated as equal. Great benefits, instant ownership, great 401k match.

      The types of employees are great people due to the culture and values the company advertises.

      Cons

      The company doesn't follow the culture and values they promote. They are simply trying to promote the illusion of growth by hiring many employees and subsequently firing many employees without notice or valid reason. Be very careful if you take a job here. The unique "perks" can hurt you in the end. And read every document they have you sign. The onboarding process is very long and tiresome, so you will be tempted to skip through most paperwork. Don't. Read every document before you sign it. There is hidden legal language for their benefit, and the employee has little or no protection.
