The leadership team embraces new ideas and strategies that will help make your job easier and improve the firm's performance. BRP is rapidly growing because they support innovation and prioritize the wellbeing of their employees!
Cons
In my final days at BRP when I was searching for my next employment opportunity, I found that I was paid significantly less for my role than what other employers were offering. The low compensation was my sole reason for leaving BRP. I'm sure this will change as the company grows and needs to remain competitive for top talent during the Great Resignation.
