      Pros

      The culture at BKS is easily the most positive and people-centric in which I've had the pleasure to work. They're generous with the time off and benefits and leadership is sincerely concerned for the well-being of colleagues.

      Cons

      It gets SUPER busy 4th quarter of each year as benefits open enrollments begin. But besides that, I haven't run into any other negatives.
