      Pros

      Unlimited PTO, hybrid remote schedule, and amazing colleagues! Leadership is very hands on and works hard to be fair and give everyone a voice. The work loads are manageable, but as with any job some months are better than others. I’ve never worked with a firm that promotes within as much as Insgroup. Hard work pays off.

      Traffic could be better, but only coming in a few days every other week helps.

This is a company that values a positive work-life balance that can attract top talent and reduce turnover. Not to mention unlimited PTO for most positions. Management/leadership cares about helping & backing their colleagues. They listen to our needs, provide constructive feedback, and convey direction building trust and respect with our team.

      Cons

      The location is surrounded by traffic. A lot of changes have been implemented causing some distraction and confusion.
