      Pros

      Plenty of wealth to go around, less demand from management and resourceful. Great facilities and different opportunities for niche training. Once you build your clientele, it's a good routine to have established for as long as needed.

      Cons

      Rate of pay compared to charged rate is astronomical, clients are paying for facilities rather than your work value. Heavy seniority but only effects bonus outcomes for top 5 performers
