      Pros

      The bay club is not a serious job for most people in the lower positions. This means that people will be coming and going, they will be younger,and they will be willing to have fun.

      Cons

      Depending on the location, you may have to stand for your entire 7 hour shift. This is horrible for your knees and is not worth it for near minimum wage. Make sure that you are applying to a Bay Club that allows you to be seated during work.

      Pros

      Throughout working in three departments, having a foot in each doorway, meeting a thousand new faces/opportunities/personalities....I've expanded my viewpoint mentally, physically and emotionally. You truly won't find another job that allows you the same opportunities and encourages in-company growth at such a determined pace. Bay Club opens its' doors to you, and in turn, drives you to give the Bay Club community the same hospitality, compassion, and kindness.

      Cons

      There are downsides to every occupation, but if a job were too easy, would you really want to stay? Part of the expectation from working with this company is being able to tackle each challenge that comes your way--and while this can be incredibly stressful, you are never in it alone. This company functions on teamwork!!
