      Great company with a very focused vision of its future and the opportunities that the associates will have. A lot of opportunity for growth when you do your job.

      Pros

      I have been with The Bay Club for two years now, after coming from what would seem to be a more cookie cutter environment and am beyond floored with ingenuity of the frontline team, management, and our vision at large. The Bay Club continues to push the envelope, and allows your creativity to come through in the process. An inspiring place to work, with an inspiring community to work with.

      Cons

      We move quickly and the ability to retain and then train needs to happen at a fast clip. The other side of the coin so to speak; but if you thrive in a fast paced environment it is a motivating dynamic!

      Fun fast paced collaborative environment that provides growth opportunity. Beautiful properties with member amenities in fitness, sports, family, and hospitality programming creates a special dynamic among associates and members.
