      Pros

      I joined The Bay Club Company in 2015 and am honored to be a member of the team. What drew me to the company was the focus on Fitness, Sports, Family and Hospitality. I have the opportunity to use my hospitality background to positively impact not only our members but our business as well. And, our company is positioned for tremendous growth...thus the title of my review, Land of Opportunity.

      Cons

      As our company is positioned for tremendous growth, the hours can be grueling. I list this as a 'con' because the pace isn't for everyone. But, the potential is huge so the cons pale in comparison to the pros.

      -Unlimited PTO -Amazing coworkers -Entrepreneurial Culture -Higher level of employee investment and development than I would have ever imagined

      Cons

      -The coffee could be a lot better -The clubs are closed on Christmas -The Bay Club invests in their facilities and member experience instead of technology

      Pros

      I just had my 2 year anniversary at The Bay Club. I wake up every day with a smile on my face. The club ,the atomosphere and the company culture is by far the best I have every been with. I have been doing this for over 30 years and coming to work here is the best decision I have ever made. The company gives back to employees in so many ways. It is a pioneer in the hospitality arena and a lifestyle company.

      Cons

      They expect a lot but they give a lot.
