      Pros

      A very welcoming and professional company to work for. Friendly and hard-working team members to work alongside with. Very nice facilities!

      Cons

      I met a lot of rude guests who felt like they did not have to listen to me, even when they were downright breaking the rules of the pool.

      Free Membership Great Location in San Francisco Good company if you want to stay in the hospitality industry.

      Low pay compared to the living wage in San Francisco. Not a company that considers employee satisfaction. Often times changes are made at the expense of the employee. High Turnover There are a lot of companies in San Francisco that work to benefit the employee more.
