      Group Ex Director is great. Nice facilities. Free membership. Looks good on resume.

      Pros

      Really fun team to work with, the facilities are really nice and you get a free membership upon being employed there.

      Cons

      The pay isn't very good and there isn't much opportunity to move up in the company. It's kind of a dead end job. Also, they will work you until you are almost full time but not offer you more hours so that you qualify for the benefits, etc.
