Summer Internship Review

Pros

One of the best parts about this internship was the fact that you are allowed to be creative and entrepreneurial. They really listen to your ideas and allow you to make an impact. Another great part about the company is that the team really seemed like a family; many employees choose to hang out outside of work. As an intern you are treated extremely well. They provided housing, covered commute expenses, and many times treated us to breakfast or lunch. Finally, the mentorship from the staff was absolutely incredible. There are so many people at this company who care about your individual goals and want to give you the advice you need in order to succeed.

Cons

This company is not for a person who needs a structured environment; many roles are very fluid and require you to take on different responsibilities in multiple areas. Sometimes things seem to be disorganized and could benefit from a few extra people working in an area of opportunity.

Pros

Access to facility, full time employees will get benefits, and after a certain amount of full time employment there are stock options are available

Cons

Salaried employees expected to work beyond 40hr week every week. Upper club management is spread thin due to rapid growth of the company.
