      Pros

      I loved the families who use the facilities. They were all great to get to know. Also, during the summer it is a great way to make a lot of money. Camp counseling etc.

      Cons

      I did not like dealing with bosses from other Bay Club locations. They constantly gave us feedback that was not relevant to what we were learning.

      Sense of community, motivating, inspiring. Rewarding to make a difference and exciting to be part of creating something much bigger

      Nice environment. The team is great. Clients mostly good people to work with.

      Management changes too often. Almost every new manager tries to change work rules and it usually doesn't work
