Pros

Free gym membership. Most members are friendly and make the gym a community.

Cons

Management will tell lies about employees to stop their advancement. Workers were forced to work sick or on holidays in fear of retaliation from management. Management also expects nonexempt workers to commute to work on unpaid days to "socialize" aka work at gym events. Members were at times abusive with no protection from management. When mid-level managers sexually harass workers and upper-level management finds out, they are rewarded with a promotion to a different location. Management keeps workers at just under FT hours to avoid paying for benefits (no 401K, vacation time, etc.).
