Courtside Bayclub upper management doesn't understand how to keep their employees happy. That's why the turnover rate of lower management positions is so high. And for most of their employees they still have the COVID-time salary, which is significantly lower than what it used to be pre covid. Reason for this is that raising the salaries of their very profitable departments would "affect the bottom line" but they fail to understand that raising the salary of their workers would actually bring in more revenue and it would be a win win. There are many opportunities for this company to make money, but they just fail in that miserably. It starts from treating their employees better.

The base pay is pretty low for PTs. You are not always in control of your income (clients get sick, go on vacation, etc) as a result you get less money for each hour your work.
