      1. The free membership 2. Most of my co-workers 3. The amazing kids

      1. Horrible pay and benefits 2. Poor upper management 3. Difficult access to the HR department 4. I had a manager who had no idea how to be a manager and was totally unprofessional 5. No opportuinities to move up 6. No bonuses or incentives 7. No structure or proper training for employees

      Pros

      I work in the spa and I love it. Membership is super expensive but we get free plus one adult membership. That alone is good

      hard to get a raise - you get access to the facilities but that doesn't help with the paycheck!
