Bay Club focuses on team work, community and equality. It offers education not about fitness and management, but also about diversity and integration coaching. A company that allows their employees to thrive and enjoy their work place.

      As every larger corporation, the choices of individual decisions and preferences have to stay within the umbrella of decisions made by corporate management.

      Bay club has a great community for its employee's, Bringing yourself to work everyday is a big idea at bay club. Employees receive benefits such as free membership to the whole facility that they are in, and discounts in clothing and food.

      Cons

      You cannot eat at the bar, and you cannot roam around the lobby during your breaks.

      Great Facility, and amenities. Good employees.

      Cons

      So few staff, the club is often dirty - showers that are full of hair, trash on the floor. This is a shame as the staff work really hard - I think just too few staff to the number of members.
