Pros

Access to Bay Club's facilities

Cons

Overextended higher-ups will ask you to take on more responsibilities for no additional pay, because they are tasked with the same by their higher-ups

Don’t fall for it

Pros

Free membership that you might get to use.

Cons

There are a lot to list. The management here is a good old boys club. If you are liked then you will get a new title and paid more than others in the same position. This company will work you to the bone and they offer no pay raises. The reason goals are not being met will be your fault. Most positive feedback left on here is required by senior managers “if you want to keep your job”. They bring back old and unqualified employees who do not do their jobs so they can get a payout. The CEO likes them so they get a free pass to do whatever they want. There is no leadership or structure.
