Pros

They are always honest with you. They want your success just as much, if not more than you do. Hospitality is a strong career and they teach you how to be the best while also letting you grow at your own pace. There is room to grow professionally. You make lasting friendships which is really important. I really enjoy how my team (above and below) listen and hear my story. The Bay Club takes a lot of value into their team and you feel valued every time you walk into the doors. Hands down the best company I’ve worked for.

Cons

Hours can be very long. Events can be stressful, however the more you do the more fun and less stressful they become!

Pros

- Career prospects are excellent. Many people in Department Head/GM/VP roles started fairly recently in front-line or lower-management positions. Business is also extremely strong, so no worries at all about health of the job. - Fun culture. People from all over the company play basketball, intramurals. Lots of friends from work. - Never boring. Always something to learn and - Strong compensation, especially for comparable positions in hospitality industry and especially when equity ownership pool applies (as it does to many of the managers in the company)

Cons

- Not really a con, but it's a very fast-paced environment. Be ready to work hard in a dynamic environment.
