      Pros

      There is so much room for career growth and so many interesting pathways from which to choose. Each day is unique with plenty of opportunity for solving problems, not just at the club, region, or company level but for the industry as a whole. We are an organization built around humility which means every voice is given equal audience regardless of rank, title, or tenure.

      Cons

      We may not be able to keep up with our explosive growth if we can't find enough talented people to expand the infrastructure.

      The Bay Club Company is a special place for anyone passionate about the fitness, sports, family, and hospitality this is the place for you. You have a unique opportunity to learn from various leaders across different departments. The Bay Club is a great pleace to grow personally and professionally. Management has an open door policy. We are able to keep an open mind, ask questions, be creative, and work as a team together.
