Some entitlement woes and belittling from members and guests. Not always in the loop if you are a part time employee. Management is a constant revolving door.

The gym I worked for they allowed members to walk in even if they had red flags on their account. The training is very limited. Most of the girls I worked with during my training were on their phones and would ignore the phone while it was ringing. I still have not received my paycheck from them.
