Pros

Your immediate manager is typically great. Access to the clubs. Flexible schedules. Does provide benefits. This is a great job for college students.

Cons

The nature of the company structure, different sites, can sometimes lead to conflicting ideas on what is important for your team. It doesn't have competitive pay. The free membership, childcare support, and flexible hours are what keep people there, if you are not in management.
