Pros

The company has highly talented and a dedicated team of employees.

Cons

The work environment is highly unsustainable due to chronic understaffing, constant and organizational changes. Work-life balance is extremely poor, with long nights and weekend work being the expected norm. Management appears singularly focused on achieving sales targets and raw numerical performance, often overlooking the quality of work and disregarding employee well-being. This pressure, combined with minimal resources, has created a culture of burnout and low retention of employees. I would reconsider joining this company if you value growth, support, work-life balance, and training.

We’re glad you feel surrounded by a talented team, because the people here truly are one of our biggest strengths. We’re sorry to hear that your workload and work‑life balance haven’t felt sustainable. Your feedback about staffing, long hours, and the pace of changes is important, and it’s something we will continue to work on! As the company grows, we’re taking a closer look at how we set priorities, how teams are supported, and how we make sure people aren’t stretched too thin. We hear you, and your perspective helps us understand where improvements are needed. Thanks again for speaking up and for everything you contribute.
