Pros

good organization with a good mission some interesting meetings

Cons

very little communication with any superiors too much use of your own social media never got a performance review at the end $500 fundraising minimum -- have to beg family and friends, and to have to raise $500 for an unpaid internship is pretty ridiculous interns are clearly just being used to bring money in, there's not a lot of substantive work
