Strong team spirit & camaraderie. Everyone seems passionate of the product/ long term trajectory. Quick to climb up the ladder if you can prove excellence.

Cons

Chaotic work culture making it difficult to prioritize based on work impact/ ROI. A do all be all mindset where you’d wear many hats for a set role.
