Health benefits. Free catered lunch on pay days.

Cons

Pretty much everything. Management is an absolute joke. Very unorganized. HR isn’t there to help the employees, they’re only there to protect the company. Zero work life balance. Communication from management is nonexistent, but you’re expected to do the job correctly without clear instructions. Long hours, low pay, zero reward. This place is a soul sucking clown show. The facilities is falling apart. Constant flooding when it rains. Sewage backs up constantly and is drained into the fields behind the factory. Air quality is absolutely unhealthy in the factory. Wouldn’t be surprised is lawsuits for health violations come up. Constant safety OSHA violations I’m surprised this place doesn’t get shut down by the environmental agencies and city. Low quality everything.
