A life-changing experience with wonderful and genuine people. It was a strategic process filled with valuable lessons and a true insight to see how the company and yourself can efficiently blend. I had an excellent time interviewing with the BBC employees and would encourage anyone looking for a brighter future to pursue a career with the Boston Beer Company.

Free Beer. There are some great folks in the hourly pool.

Cons

Management is a wreck in packaging. Downright nasty at times, HR does nothing despite numerous (broken) promises and complete astonishment when they were told how we were treated. Had a manager tell me flat out that I had no discernible personality. Supervisors were thrown around between shifts, often with a week's notice or less, forced to work nights and weekends or even rotate shifts (with weekends in between so you might have 24 hours to flip shifts), job description was constantly changed.

Pros

For someone with no college experience, the pay rate and benefits are very decent. The people who work there are friendly, phenomenal and hard-working.

Cons

Everything about the scheduling and new hours in the building has ruined all of the good things about working there. Ridiculously small runs, constant changeovers and 12 hour shifts have made it very hard to keep my cool, and I know I'm not alone.
