Boston Beer is by far the best job I have ever had. The company has a fantastic culture and an amazing team. I come to work every day with bright, hardworking co-workers who do their best to drive the company forward. It is a pleasure to work here. When I started, I thought, "Hey it might be cool and fun to work for Sam Adams". It ended up being my dream job.

Relaxed work attire, on site bar, the health benefits are actually very good, take your dog to the office, the national company meeting is really fun

The culture truly degraded turning my over 7 year tenure. You will be underpaid in any function that is not marketing/brand/sales. You will fight for promotions. You will take on the work of people at a level 2-3 above you but they can't even move you up a level (even if you ask about it). It has been frustrating to see a little more traction on promotions since my departure, but you will top out at manager and stay there for years. There were senior (insert job function here) that were with the company for 10 years and finally were given manager titles. A new executive board came in that has really undermined the trust that employees truly had with the previous executive board.
