Pros

A great place to work where you will be rewarded, respected and have a great work life balance — if you are a hard worker that consistently adds value. The people are awesome and are really the strength. Zero politics. Opportunity for those who work hard and deserve it.

Cons

Client roster could be more diverse. If you're someone who needs your hand held and to be patted on the back just for doing your job, it's definitely not the place for you.
