Great benefits, if you learn from the right leaders and are eager to take action, this can be a fun experience.Diverse staff with lots of talent. Company cares about doing the right thing for its team members.

Cons

Long hours, work most holidays, departmental silos. Hard to penetrate some clicks. Being a one and only, the growth potential is limited, lots of tenure at the top.
