Pros

Everyone is friendly and the facilities are great. If you are not looking to advance your career this place is for you.

Cons

The hotel hierarchy is very political. Moving up through the company is based more on demographics of employee (race, education, appearance, background, wealth, upbringing) and not a meritocracy. Turnover is high for this reason. Company has a real hard time making decisions and moving into the future.

Good $ opportunity

Pros

Great opportunity to make $ as a server, good benefits (401k, insurance, time off etc.) These things are really good to keep you there and fairly satisfied with your job. Once you start thinking the grass is greener, you look and quickly see it isn't!

Cons

Sometimes the high season drags, but its worth it.
