Pros

Takes care of their employees. I worked there at a younger age, far before I knew of how real world jobs operated. The way this company views their employees is unparalleled. At the time I didn't fully appreciate it. One of their mottos is "Take care of your employees, and your employees will take care of your guests." Excellent job.

Dealing with high class snobs.

Solid company with good benefits, decent salary, great location, prestigious

Cons

Training is spotty, process's are painstakingly slow, no bonus for managers unless you are a GM or above.
