Great benefits. Friendly and helpful staff. So many learning opportunities that benefit you personally and professionally. You feel taken care of.

Cons

Can be difficult to advance your career. Experience is not always highly valued. Can feel political at times. The zero tolerance policy is very strict and seems unfair in a lot of cases.

Pros

Beautiful property in an unbeatable location just steps from the beach. The hotel itself is stunning, and the work environment reflects that. I had the opportunity to interact with guests from all over the world. Staff meals were consistently high quality, and employee discounts at The Breakers restaurants were a great perk. The uniforms were elegant, and I worked alongside a supportive team of coworkers. Overall, I really enjoyed my time at The Breakers — the management, team, and atmosphere all contributed to a positive and memorable experience.

Cons

I don't have a single complaint. It was a very positive experience early on in my career.
