Great teams to work with but management could use some work

Pros

There is a great work culture and sense of belonging amongst the team. The pay was nice and the work wasn't awful when it was properly staffed.

Cons

Long hours with many poorly staffed nights. Managers do not like to listen to employee input for improvements but implement unrealistic ideas and expectations on the team. Little to no room for proper growth.

Early Access to COVID vaccine Have to abide by MA laws regarding breaks

Cons

COVID Lab is terribly run. Some supervisors have 0 regard for Broad's protocols or just general common sense practices. Completely unprofessional workplace. Not a lot of opportunity to gain new skills.
