Pros

Open culture with leaders who really care about their people. Caring coworkers. Competitive pay. Lots of learning. Lots of encouragement for internal moves.

Cons

Nada. All of the cons are part of the pros. If you're a ladder climber, you won't be happy. Flatter org structures thrive here.

Pros

Interned in a computational genomics group. Lots of talented people on the team to learn from. Team is very laid back and low stress. Lots of seminars and other events to attend to bolster your knowledge & skills

Cons

Really big. Sometimes you feel like a cog in a tiny machine. You get to know your team well but it's hard to meet other people because of sheer size
