Pros

It is GREAT research institution and composed of very bright people. Mostly friendly and intelligent. It offers very good benefits.

Cons

Salary is way too low, which leads to people leaving as soon as they can find a better paid job! Offers tuition reimbursement, however many others company do as well. In addition, the salary is SO low that you cannot pitch in for yourself to take extra classes and finish as masters before 3 years!! I would rather have a few less holidays and or parties and have a better salary.

A unique scientific community with good benefits. Interesting challenges addressed with cutting edge technology and collaborations with top researchers in the field. Institute leadership has a strong focus on employee well-being.

Cons

Pay is not quite competitive with equivalent positions in Cambridge. Health insurance has very high co-pays. Pay scales are poorly defined.
