      They let you do whatever you want in terms of Science, a lot of opportunities to improve your skills. Supportive group leaders with a well developed "human" side. Administrative personal is very kind, and always willing to help you. A lot of perks and benefits

      Cons

      So far I had not found flaws inside the Broad, the only "negative" side I found so far is given that you share with so much people passionate about science. You push your self our the limit sometimes, which impact your lifestyle in a bad way

      Pros

      Great work atmosphere. The people are very kind and welcoming. The office is relaxed and many of the employees seem to get along quite well making for a very jovial environment.

      Cons

      No cons to mention. Really enjoyed the place.
