      Pros

      The Broad has state of the art technology and is always striving to develop and raise the bar. They are also involved in several different research areas, so there's plenty to keep interested in.

      Cons

      Need to acknowledge their core employees better. Need a few more years to work out their "growing pains" to become a successfully managed company.
