Pros
really fun work environment especially if you enjoy fashion. Good sales experience, you will be doing actual sales, it is not a normal retail job. You are expected to walk up to people and make a sale, and you want to to make more commission.
Cons
Not everyone at the store has the same views on it being a true sales role; with that being said, it can get competitive to get the sale. Depending on your location, it can be really slow so you won't make as much in commission (but have the mindset to make bigger sales and hopefully that helps)
