Pros

Extraordinary people, culture, and (NEW) values. The pride felt working for this Iconic organization is contagious! Our CEO, Denise Morrison is a role model for future women leaders. She is an active participant and speaker at many events and the Executive sponsor of the Women of Campbell affinity network. The World Headquarters building is bright, bold, and vibrant, an exciting environment to come to daily. The affinity networks promote an environment of acceptance and D&I among all employees. There are many ways to grow professionally and enhance your network (if you work it). Work smarter NOT harder is the motto here at Campbell’s, work-life integration rather than balance (because what is balance really?)

Cons

Many positive highlights, but like any organization, Campbell’s needs to work on their politics.

Pros

not much, soup sells itself, ugly people

Cons

It's all uptight white people trying to be politically correct instead of being themselves. You better be a skinny, boring, mediocre person to fit in. Intelligence or thinking different are not welcome. Soup sells itself

Pros

Good people who want to do the right thing for their teams

Cons

C suite works people into the ground. Very bad retention and over worked people that get no appreciation. As people leave, the overworked members are burdened with more work. These are 12-14 hour days where a lot of the work is not value added. We sat in meetings for 8 hours then do the work when the day is over. Weekends included. Very high burn out rate. Say goodbye to your family and personal life. You can’t plan anything in life without their being a risk from a C level asking you for an update or presentation to be done for the next morning when you are being told about it at the end of the day.
