Cons

Beware of satellite offices, which limit growth potential. Conformity is expected. If you don’t want to be who your manager is in a few years, then this isn’t the role for you.

-unprofessional management, they take things personally and read into non existent issues. -will fire you on a whim if you disagree with them, they want yes men -not flexible with emergency issues, would rather you come into work regardless if you are having family emergency -bosses try to intimidate staff and micromanage everything -managers create a stressful environment
