Pros

The good thing about this business was that every shift was different, which helped the time go by very quickly. Additionally, around exam time, they were understanding of exam schedules if you gave them enough notice. The most enjoyable aspect were my coworkers.

Cons

The hours were brutal. Most weekends you work weddings that end at 12-1am, then spend 2 hours cleaning, then have to do a night checklist, and don't end up leaving until 3am. It was very difficult to keep this job while managing my classwork at school.

Pros

Great hospitality company, good food when available and discounts at other resort locations

Cons

Inconsistent wages make it tough to predict income. Lower level management can be out of touch with their front end staff
