The owner is very motivated to help his employees. He is very generous and takes excellent care of the people who he believes is dedicated to the company and its growth. He cares tremendously about our families and our financial well being.

Cons

There is a lack of structure or organization at times because we have grown so rapidly over the past 9 years.

The owner does care about the customers but is seldom there and the employees running the day-to-day operations don't care about customers or company

Cons

Very unmanaged. The departments dont work together and do their best to undermine each other. Customer service has taken a sharp decline.

Everyone knows the “carpet guys” name

Cons

Being salary and constantly having payroll issues was troubling. Especially when several of my checks bounced from them... looks are very deceiving about this company. They will work you like a dog, nothing is ever enough for the owner. He jumps on tables, throws his phone at the wall, it’s all very bazaar behaviors. Place is a rat race
