Pros

I worked with the most amazing people I have ever met at TCC. Incredible people with incredible ideas. The programs are making real change and the staff is 100% committed.

Cons

The salaries are a joke. Without J Carter invoved directly, there is no way the org can keep up the pathetic salaries offered to mid level employees. Do yourself a favor and contact with this NGO insead of working for them because that is the only way you will get paid.
