Management doesn’t care. They only want to train for positions that no one wants to do and have plenty of empty promises

Pros

You get in what you put out. If you're a hard worker, management will recognize you for that. You can make amazing friends and eat free food along the way. Management is understanding and has your back. You are expected a high level of service but they know how to have fun too.

Cons

Tips can be spotty, but that's not the company's fault. Shifts are sometimes sparse or overloaded. But, most of the time they are evenly balanced.
