The amount of experience you will receive is invaluable. There are many ways to advance your career in fast-casual dining.

Cons

They do not compensate very well when you move up. The average raise is only 2500 and it is based on the completion of modules that require regional approval. It’s often difficult to get a Regional to visit your location, let alone find the time to review and approve your modules.
