starts good but goes downhill

Pros

The only pro working here is the relationships you make with coworkers and the discounts.

Cons

personally, cheesecake starts off great in the beginning. they acknowledge the hard work (if your good) but over time they take advantage of you. management is a joke, and they snatch phones from grown adults hands. in the end they just make it a bad place to work in.

There are not many to speak of

Cons

Because the staff is so large, managers have a hard time with organization. furthermore, corporate training courses are required for better positions at the restaurant, and can take a long time to be scheduled, relegating you to a position that you may not want long-term. This is a company that will dangle to chance of being promoted in order to keep you around, only for it to never materialize
