Pros

- Supportive Environment overall - Staff engagement is top-tier throughout the facility. - All Staff and clinical personnel put forth an effort to ensure that students have the best educational opportunities and experiences necessary to be able to transition into a regular educational setting. - Social Workers/ clinical have weekly supervision discussing case management details,

Cons

- The environment can be very chaotic at moments i.e. Unstructured, students having various behavior issues, and staffing issues (Occasional). -I will say that holisticallly, working in an environment such as th Children's Home, every practitioner or general care/ support team needs to have a self-care routine.
