      None anymore. This company has lost its way.

      Cons

      Horrible culture. Workaholics. Went back to office with zero incentive. The men look down on women/mothers. No flexibility. Must use pto to do anything, even leaving early for appointments & other obligations outside work. Underpaid. Treated like a number. Destroying employees mental health.

      Pros

      The sales field is completely different than working in the home office. We have control over our territory and run it as we see fit. Management allows a tremendous amount of freedom, as long as we are seeing our agencies and production is good.

      Cons

      The pay could be better.
